Artwork & Setup Policy:

A one-time setup fee may apply to custom engraving orders that require artwork preparation, text layout, logo conversion, proof creation, or machine setup prior to production. This fee covers the time and labor involved in preparing your design to ensure accurate, high-quality engraving. Setup fees vary depending on the complexity of the project and the condition of the artwork provided. Repeat orders using the same approved design may not require an additional setup fee unless changes are requested.
